Objectives and challenges

Discovery Phase Prior Research: Since Infinited builds on previous initiatives, I analyzed past and current communications and marketing strategies to design content that aligns with the product’s goals. Market Study: Analyzing the main references in the online education segment, thus updating the narrative line while exploiting the differential value of Infinited, an educational-business alliance for developing skills for the future.

Design and Development UI/UX Design: Together with the marketing team, we develop, test, and iterate the development platform of Infinited, in which the different courses to be developed are integrated. Integration of Courses and Features: We developed the platform and its audiovisual materials, structured courses by school, and promoted them across digital channels.

Testing and Iteration User Testing: We tested messaging strategies through email campaigns and social media, using A/B testing and metrics analysis to optimize user acquisition via leads and sales funnels. Optimization: We used instructor recordings, memes, course giveaways, and free trials to validate engagement strategies and improve retention.

My approach

  1. Discovery Phase

  • Prior Research: Understanding Infinited as a product that inherits from a previous period, this makes me responsible for understanding the before, during, and after of the communications and marketing strategy in order to propose and design the necessary pieces and content following the guidelines and requirements of the product.

  • Market Study: Analyzing the main references in the online education segment, thus updating the narrative line while exploiting the differential value of Infinited, an educational-business alliance for developing skills for the future.

  1. Design and Development

  • UI/UX Design: Together with the marketing team, we develop, test, and iterate the development platform of Infinited, in which the different courses to be developed are integrated.

  • Integration of Courses and Features: We develop and participate in the production of the platform, audiovisual material, and marketing on the online platform, structuring courses categorized by schools and promoting them on networks.

  1. Testing and Iteration

  • User Testing: We conduct tests in the narrative with which we connect with our target audience, developing email marketing campaigns and networks with A/B testing, analysis of metrics on networks, and user acquisition through leads and sales funnels.

  • Optimization: We constantly modify the narrative and the interface of networks and the platform, recordings with course instructors, memes, giveaways of courses, and free trials were part of the validation strategy and improved the way to engage and optimize retention.

Objectives and challenges

The Infinited program contributed to the educational landscape by bringing continuous education closer to more people through digital platforms. Its focus on fostering competitiveness and entrepreneurship through the acquisition of specific knowledge related to interests and professional careers encouraged participants to lead innovation and entrepreneurship projects. Years after its launch, it was integrated into Areandina's continuing education program, taking advantage of the student recruitment that had been carried out and offering the educational offerings of the university.
